  Bought a product from the Sears in Ft Worth and bought the extended warranty but this store said they don't warranty any products I would have to go back to Ft Worth 30 miles away. Mmmm. It says Sears on the sign.

  We bought complete kitchen from Sears in Weatherford Texas all new Kenmore Appliances. We got them on almost half price sale. Paid around 5,500.00 or so tbrought Chase. David Kelly was sales man. We wanted them for a brand new retirement home. Stands to reason right? Until you call for them to be delivered for install and they don't have them. David said, " Well I had them, but now they are gone." We said....OK well we can just be reimbursed. David then says he cannot pay us. So who is to pay us. We'll at last knowledge of this the district manager according to him had asked him to delete the sale. How but you? Sound right to you? Be prepared for your home town store to go belly up as we do not allow things like this to continue un answered in these parts.
