Installers took two weeks to finish, while owner added several extra charges that were not requested nor mentioned in quote. Beware, and make sure if you do use them to have everything in writing. Terrible service. Owner did not even bother to inspect finished work. Installers used vinegar on natural marble floors to clean grout film which is detriment to the stone. Installers did not even seal the tile which should have been part of the install. I would not recommend Luckys to anyone needing flooring installation.
