  6 months ago I had them fix my daughter-in-laws ring, and replace the tips on my engagement ring. After a few weeks I noticed one of the tips was catching, and I could get my fingernail under it. I live in CA and only visit every 6 months... so I just went back to have them fix the 'bad' tip. Their solution was to file it down. When picking it up, I tried to get them to see that it was not fixed. No amount of talking worked. A service institution should stand behind their work. They should have replaced the lifted tip - not filed it down. I will have to find somewhere to get it repaired properly. Another thing, I had them fix my bands as well which go on either side of my engagement ring - they had a bit of a pit/flaw which I could feel. they said they could file them down.... stupid me for not getting an exact description of what they meant when they said that - they took off the top, not filing the actual blemish. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment!
