  Would give zero stars if possible. I have contacted this place numerous times. First it took me several weeks just to get anyone to call me back about a job I needed done. Then, once I was finally able to get in touch with someone they said they would come out the following day to look at our project. Well, not only did they not show up, they didn't bother to call either. So I began attempting to contact them to see why I was not notified that they were not interested in obtaining my business. Several months went by and I was finally able to get someone to call me back after calling them several times each week. After about 2-3 months from my initial attempt to contact someone at this company I finally had someone here in person to look at the job I was needing to be done. He was very brief and didn't seem very knowledgeable on what it would take to have a chair re-upholstered. He gave me a quote and left. I attempted to call them back to let them know we have approved their company to do the work. Well, no surprise, I was unable to reach anyone. As usual I left a detailed message. That was 3 weeks ago, and I have left 2 messages since then and still have not heard a word from them. It baffles me how a company can stay in business without doing any business. Needless to say I am very unhappy with this company's service or lack of. If you want to have some work done, don't waste your time contacting this company. Even if they did the most impressive work, it does not matter if they will not make an effort to contact you or make themselves available to do the work. Now moving on to another company to have the work done.
