  I will never order online from The Children's place again. I placed an online order, the order said it had been delivered to my house when it hadn't been, I called Customer service to report that I had not received it. The customer Service Rep was very hard to hear and understand. I asked if they could re-send the order, he said no, we will have to cancel it out, refund my money then you place the order again. (which mind you, this same thing happened with Bath & Body works at the same time and the Rep was very apologetic, and was able to re-order my same order for me and get it shipped right back out to me.) So, on top of them not being able to re-place the order for me, I was not going to see the refund show up in my acct for 7-10 business days. I called them bc It has been 11 days and the Rep that I talked to that day, changed it to 10-14 business days. I informed him that the first rep I spoke to told me 7-10 bus. days and he said well its 10-14 and if it happens to go past 14 days, just call us back then. He had no sense of urgency, was not apologetic, I asked him if he could see when my money would show up and he acted like I was bothering him and had no info for me what so ever. They have HORRIBLE customer service and I will never put my self in a situation like this with such un caring people and company again!
