It would only let me schedule the appointment for 11 am. So I showed up at 10:40 to drop my phone off and it’s now 11:15 and I’m sitting outside with all the lights off and the doors locked. Even though it says they open at 10 am on every website I’ve looked on. Update: Called back in and Jeff took care of my problems in a timely manner and all is well.
